The Konecranes Maintenance Assessment Plan (Map) is designed to analyze the effectiveness of your current crane maintenance practices and capabilities. The MAP will also benchmark the current state of your equipment, establish maintenance and downtime costs and provide recommendation for improvements.
The MAP will provide in-depth analysis of your individual overhead crane conditions as well as the entire production envelope. Maintenance history, usage levels, and production requirements will all be considered in the analysis.
