XN Electric Chain Hoists

Konecranes provides a safe, efficient lifting-solution with the XN electric chain hoist. This hoist is built on over 80 years of experience in developing innovative technology.

Konecranes XN chain hoists are tested at 125%  of rated capacity, so their performance and reliability is assured. These hoists are designed to lift loads ranging from 1/8 to 5 tons. The XN hoists are available in a variety of options to fit your application’s requirements. These include:

  • Push and motorized trolley models
  • Hook suspension for stationary lifting
  • A variety of motor voltages
  • A variety of travel and lifting speeds

Additional features of the XN include:

  • Galvanized load chain
  • Standard dual-speed motor, delivering smooth operation at a 4:1 ratio
  • Lower and upper electrical limit switches and other safety features
  • Overload protection through a friction torque limiter
  • CSA certified, meeting or exceeding international standards
  • Built-in control panel

Manual Hoists

Konecranes’ reliable lever pullers and manual chain hoists are a reliable solution for standard lifting needs. For unrelenting and tireless performance, these feature rugged steel construction and superior design. Konecranes offers models that feature a 3-ton lifting capacity on up to 10 tons. Optionally, Konecranes offers higher capacities up to 20 tons.

For efficient and smooth, Konecranes’ manual hoists features a machined chain sprocket and corrosion-resistant load chain.

TDU Traveling Trolley

The TDU electric traveling trolley is another Konecranes option in the 3-ton crane class. This trolly has a load limit of up to 5 tons, and also allows the operator to hook a hoist directly to a higher hook. It can also be coupled to an XN chain hoist.

The TDU electric traveling trolley features:

  • Electromagnet brake
  • Central drive system for two motor-driven rollers
  • Wheels made of drop-forged steel or cast iron mounted on sealed wheel bearings
  • Variable speed
  • Derailing prevention
  • Rubber bumper stops available
  • Grounding/cleaning brush available

Designed for up to 3-ton loads, Konecranes also offers manually operated trolleys.
