Easy-to-use radio controls provide versatility, reliability, and increased productivity.

Compared to conventional wired or pendant control systems, radio controls provide many benefits:

  • Operator Mobility—Operator can move more freely because radio controls eliminate cables
  • Improved Productivity—Allows operator to position loads accurately and quickly
  • Improved Safety—Allows crane operation from a safer location, eliminates cable restrictions, and operator can concentrate more fully on the load and the crane
  • Saves Time and Manpower—Allows operator to assist, when needed, in slinging loads

Konecranes radio controls are designed to withstand a lifetime of abuse, either indoors or outdoors. The transmitter housings are tough ABS plastic and receiver housings are cast aluminum. Each system comes with a battery charger and two rechargeable batteries; up to 8 hours of operation is possible on one charge and changing batteries only takes a few seconds.

INFRAX Infrared Remote Control System
The Konecranes INFRAX is an infrared remote control system, specially designed for standard cranes and hoists. INFRAX improves the safety of crane operations, and provides immediate financial savings in terms of productivity and reduced downtime
