The core of our training strategy is the ability to foster individually working field service technicians. As our largest group of employees, service technicians have been attending instruction programs at training center worldwide since 2005. The benefits of such training program are two-fold: Not only are we able to provide our service technicians with the best possible hands-on instruction and education, but the information derived from their performance is analyzed and used for recruitment and further training.

At this time, technical training includes electrical and mechanical instruction, product training and, as an integral part, training in safety standards and safe working practices. Our safety instruction, as expected, complies with national regulations.
The success of our service team depends entirely on the know-how and ability that our technicians must maintain, to combine the latest technological advances with traditional maintenance practices.
We run training centers for our field technicians in Canada, U.S., U.K., France, the Nordic countries, Germany, Austria, Malaysia, Australia, and China.
